Blue i Bistro represents a fresh chapter in our culinary journey. After the unexpected closure of our original Blue i Eatery on Honda Drive due to an electrical fire in March 2025, owners Tracy and Loren Peters have transformed the old downtown Lincoln mercantile into something special. Through extensive renovations and the unwavering support of our incredible community, we're excited to welcome both familiar faces and new friends when we open our doors this October. Fresh food. Our team embodies the loyalty and resilience that defines Blue i Bistro. Owners Tracy and Loren Peters, who previously owned Abbey Road Bar & Grill in Marietta, Georgia for five years, as well as the tragically short-lived Blue i Eatery, bring Tracy's baking expertise to the kitchen while Loren manages the coffee bar and operations. Passionate Chef Beau Haywood returns to lead the kitchen alongside a number of returning dedicated kitchen veterans. Our experienced front-of-house team includes most of the bartenders and wait staff from the original Blue i Eatery. Together with exciting new additions, this well-oiled machine is ready to serve.
Our intimate stage creates the perfect setting for entertainment in a cozy, community atmosphere. Whether it's trivia night, karaoke, comedy open mic, or acoustic jam sessions, there's always something happening at Blue i Bistro. Select events may include a modest cover charge.
